We've prepared a convenient template for you to share with your current network of entertainers about using Surreal. Just copy the message provided below, customise it with your information, including your unique venue invite link, and forward it to anyone you plan to book in the future. When they sign up through your invite link, they'll be automatically included in your venue contacts list! You can share the link via email, text, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel you prefer.

Message template:

Hello {ENTERTAINER NAME},

We're excited to inform you that {VENUE NAME} is transitioning to a new system for our live entertainment bookings called Surreal. All bookings and payments will go through Surreal from ( X DATE).

Surreal serves as an entertainment platform designed to streamline the administration of managing live entertainment and also automates invoicing and payments.

As we implement this change, here are the key updates you need to be aware of before getting started:

Centralised Booking Hub: All new bookings at {VENUE NAME} will now be consolidated in one central location. This includes event details, your set times & dates, and payment information.
Booking Offers through Surreal: Moving forward, we will send booking offers that need to be accepted (or declined) through Surreal before the event date.
Simplified Invoicing Process: Good news! You will no longer need to send us any invoices. Surreal automatically generates invoices for you before making direct payments on our behalf.
Effortless Availability Confirmation: Easily manage your availability through Surreal. We will also be able to send you availability requests, saving time and increasing your chances of getting booked faster.
Real-time Payment Tracking: Keep track of your upcoming payments with live status updates. View the payment status in real time, so you'll always know when you can expect your payment.

Where to find your unique venue invite link:

Go into your venue Contacts and click to Add contact then copy your link as displayed.

Note: if the entertainer already has a profile on Surreal, they'll be prompted to share their profile with you once they click on your invite link. Alternatively they can create a new profile; it's up to them.
