Invite & add artists to your Agency profile 👯♀️ 👯♂️
Head over to your contacts page to create your Agency contact list. This is your master list of entertainers who can be booked across the venues you work with in Surreal.
Your Agency contact list cannot be viewed by venue users and remains accessible only to users listed in your agency profile.
Add & invite new entertainers:
There are two ways to add/invite new artists to your contact list:
- Entertainer name/email:
- Click Add Contact from the top right of your screen
- Search by Entertainer name or email
- If no match in the Surreal entertainer database, follow the on screen prompts to add the new contact name and act/stage name and once saved, Surreal will send an email invite to sign up to your agency account
- Note that entertainers can update their stage name if needed.
- Send your unique agency invite link ( *Most Popular method )
- Save admin time by sharing your unique invite link to invite entertainers to sign up and be added to your contact list
- Click Add Contact from top right of your screen to display your unique link
- Share the link to invite one or more entertainers to your agency contact list
- This can be saved and sent via text, email, WhatsApp. Facebook messenger or any communication channel
Tip: Entertainers in your agency contact list can be booked across one or all of the venues you book across in Surreal.
Check new entertainer sign up has been accepted:
In your contacts, profiles that have accepted their invite will typically display a profile thumbnail and details listed in Type, Genre and Location.
If showing a greyed profile and missing these fields, you should remind them to set up their new profile to ensure booking details are correct. Anyone who has yet to accept their invite will display this message beneath their name:
"Invitation sent to xxxx@live.com."
Click to invite again and they'll receive a system reminder email to sign up to Surreal.
Managing your contact list:
Surreal has created handy tools to help manage large contact lists:
Labels: Create custom labels for your contacts to make it easy to filter and sort. Labels are only displayed to agency users and not seen by the entertainers. They can also be used when sending out availability requests for upcoming performances.
