Setting up your Venue profile 🪩

Your venue profile is visible to your entertainers when you book them for upcoming events. They will see your basic information such as address, phone number and your past and upcoming performances on Surreal.

This information is pulled directly from your Google Business profile.
  1. Your Payment terms and Billing Profiles:

    Payment terms: need to be added so your entertainers know when they can expect payment. This payment term will be visible to them on their payment timeline.

    Billing Profile: If you host sponsored events you can directly bill 3rd parties. Don't forget to add your finance email so they automatically receive a copy whenever you raise an invoice.

    3. Rooms: If your venue boasts multiple areas for live entertainment, you can list these spaces to utilise when organizing your events.



4.Worksheet details: An event summary that outlines what entertainers can anticipate at your venue. It covers essential details like soundcheck schedules, parking instructions, dress code, provided amenities, and contact persons. Additionally, event-specific worksheets can be generated, incorporating the standard information you've set in your preferences.
