For Non Paying Agents on Surreal: ( Surreal pays both agent and entertainers )

Non Paying Agencies:

-> Entertainers will be paid automatically via Surreal once venues have settled payments to Surreal. This ensures you receive your Agency rate ( commission ) for the performance, while Entertainers receive the rates you've mutually agreed upon. Once the venue initiates payment for the performance, a gig invoice will be automatically generated for all parties, eliminating the need for you to create or follow up on invoices.

*Important: Your entertainers must update their payment details and, if applicable, register for VAT/GST on their profiles to receive payments through Surreal. Failure to do so will result in payment issues & delays. Surreal is not accountable for resolving any missed VAT/GST payments.

How to use:

Simply copy the message below, update your agency details and include your unique invite link. By signing up via your invite link, entertainers will automatically be added to your agency contact list!

(Once updated, share this message and link via email, text, Whatsapp or whichever channel used. Your agency link won't change so can be used ongoing).

Where to find your unique venue invite link:

From your agency home page go to Contacts then click add contact to reveal your unique agency invite link. Copy and paste into the template below and update the other fields as needed:

Agency is moving to a brand new system from the ( INSERT DATE ) for our live entertainment bookings, Surreal. 🎊🎙

Surreal is an entertainment platform that helps centralise the admin of managing live entertainment and also automates invoicing and payments. That’s right, no more raising invoices as these will all be generated for you through Surreal.

This means that from ( INSERT DATE ) there will be a few changes to your bookings and payments as we begin facilitating these through Surreal. 

Check out everything you need to know below:

1. All of your bookings with AGENCY and the venues we represent will be in one central spot -> This will include all your set times, performances dates, payment information and event briefs.
2. No more invoices! ->  Surreal will generate invoices and pay you directly. You will no longer need to send us any invoices so make sure you add your bank details in order to get paid. Mark yourself as VAT registered if required.
3. All your payments will be tracked with live updates -> Through Surreal you'll be able to see the status of your payments in real time. Simply log in and check Surreal
4. Surreal Helpcenter resources for Entertainers

We will be inviting you into Surreal to sign up so please follow the steps and keep an eye out for their welcome emails. You’ll receive a unique verification code to sign into your account, so no need for passwords.
