• We'll notify you whenever a venue approaches your previously booked acts directly.
• If you wish to set up exclusivity so that all offers from venues, including new, automatically include your agency portion, then see "Exclusivity agreements" below

Exclusivity Agreements

• Agencies can now add exclusive entertainers they work with. Entertainer will be required to approve.
• Please note that when you have
• Entertainer can add an exclusive agency, Agency does not need to approve this.

• Agencies can specify a default agency rate for every exclusive agreement.

  

• When an entertainer that has an exclusive agreement is booked, the agency gets their cut automatically. Agents can relax and get their cut, no need to worry that their entertainers will be booked directly by venues.

• Once an agency has an agreement, they can manage the entertainer’s offers, availability requests, settings, etc.
  • AGENTS: Please Note that you will see all of the details of performance, and receive notifications that the entertainer will receive
  • ENTERTAINERS: Please Note that your agency will see all of the details, and receive all of the notifications you receive. So only accept the exclusivity if they manage every single gig you do.
• When venue books an entertainer that has an agreement with an agency, we notify the venue that the agency will be notified.
