Managing members and venues in a group
Quick introduction
As a venue group you can now easily manage your venues and members in one central spot, including the ability to update user permissions and track the onboarding progress of your venues.
Navigation
Click your group name via your home page and then via your group navigation you'll now see a new menu item called "Management".
Sitting underneath this new menu item lies two key screens; venues and members.
Managing venues
From the venues screen you'll be able to:
- Track the onboarding progress of all of your venues
- View, edit and add members/users to each venue (or entire group)
- Easily navigate to the event calendar and settings of each venue
- Add new venues to the group
Managing members
From the members screen you'll be able to:
- Manage the permissions of all group level and venue level members
- Update venue access for existing members
- Add new members
