Connecting your external calendar

Introduction

Subscribe to your Surreal entertainer profile with your external calendar to automatically display Surreal confirmed performances. This helps you stay organised and manage your gigs efficiently. Note that updates (e.g., new bookings or time changes) won’t sync in real-time but will follow your calendar providers update schedule; see details below.

How to connect

1. Go to your Performances page.

2. Click "Connect to calendar."

   

3. Enable your calendar

   

4. Copy your profile calendar URL.

   

5. Follow the installation instructions below for your calendar app:
   1. Outlook Calendar - here
   2. Google Calandar - here
   3. Apple Calendar (Mac) - here
   4. Apple Calendar (IoS) - here
6. Surreal bookings appear in your external calendar
