Setting up your Agency profile 🌅

When setting up on Surreal as a new agent, after logging in, you'll find your agency profile page in Settings.

Enter details as required below to complete your new account set up:

Profile details: (make sure to save details)

• Upload your Agency profile image
• Update your Agency name and contact email

• Add your Website

  
  

Payment Details:

• Enter your Bank account details to receive payments from the venues you work with. Make sure you register yourself as GST /VAT registered as this will automatically be applied to the confirmed performances once they've been raised for payment.

  
  

  *Note: If you are a Non Paying Agent then your entertainers will also need to upload their payment details to receive payment from Surreal for their completed bookings.

• Provide your tax information and tick if your agency is registered for:
  • VAT ( UK ) : VAT number
  • GST ( Aus ) : ABN details
  • GST ( NZ ) : NZBN
• Add Billing name and address

Invite other Agency users to book in Surreal

Add another member of your Agency into Surreal to allow them to create and book performances on behalf of the venues you work with.

Each agency member will have their own personal settings page with their account details. You can opt to receive Surreal Email /Marketing notifications.

It is recommended to have at least one agency user who has selected Y to receive notification emails. These are system generated notifications with important booking and payment updates that will help manage your venue bookings in Surreal.

These are the venues you have access to book events/ performances for in Surreal.
