Adding Agency users to your Agency profile 🌎

Invite other people from your agency to manage venue bookings in Surreal.

From the agency profile page, go to Agency Members then Add Member. Enter their name and email in order for them to receive an email invite with a 6 digit verification code to sign up and join your Agency account.

Existing users can be deleted if no longer requiring access, by simply clicking the (...) next to their name and then remove.

When another member has been invited to your agency profile they'll be able to create and manage the events calendar of venues you have access to.

Tracking changes by other agency users:

All edits to performances are time stamped and can be viewed for each performance. For this reason it is recommended not to share your account email and set up new users with their own login.
