Inviting your Entertainers to join Surreal 🎊
Invite your current entertainers to join Surreal. Once they do, they become part of your contact list for future bookings. You can categorise them with labels, mark them as favourites, and communicate through our integrated chat feature.
Note: Before getting your entertainers to join Surreal, we strongly encourage you to send them a brief email on what they can expect. We've set up an Entertainer invite template for you to use and customise. Let your entertainers know that from X date you'll be managing all their upcoming performances and payments through Surreal to avoid double bookings /payments.
The easiest way to invite multiple entertainers onto Surreal and as Contacts into your list is to copy and share your unique invite link to sign up.
Alternatively, you can first search entertainer profiles by email.
- If an email is associated with an entertainer profile which exists on Surreal, a dropdown will appear for you to add the relevant entertainer profile to your contacts. Click the + icon and the entertainer will be added directly into your Contacts.
- If the entertainer profile isn’t found, you can create a Contact and an email will be sent to the entertainer to sign up to Surreal.
*Note: When an entertainer clicks the unique invite link, Surreal will recognise if the entertainer already has entertainer profiles on Surreal and add the entertainer profile to your Contacts.

Why would I want to invite an entertainer?
Getting your roster of entertainers onto Surreal will enable you to streamline the administrative aspects of booking, managing and promoting live entertainment from one single place. You can send availability requests, manage performance details and chat with entertainers.
Can I continue even if I don't invite an entertainer?
Yes you can, but without the entertainer signing up to Surreal they can't get paid through the platform.
What if I invite them and they don't accept?
We'll send a reminder to the entertainer to join Surreal, but in the meantime you won't be prevented from continuing with your promotion after the invitation has been sent.
