Your Entertainer Profile
Your Profile is visible to the public - it's your online EPK showing off what you do best. When venues use the discover feature this is also the first thing they'll see. We have 1000s + entertainers on Surreal so make sure your profiles are complete and make them stand out.
Your Profile image will be used as a default to promote your upcoming performances with a venue. The more assets you upload the more the venue or agent has to pick from to promote your gig on their events page.
- Your Public URL is a unique link to promote details about you as an entertainer, including your entertainment type, performance type, tempo, genre, bio, YouTube videos, social links, past and upcoming gigs on Surreal. If you have selected Y to be discovered on Surreal, venues can discover new artists by searching genre and tempo.
- Select Entertainment & Performance type, Tempos & Genres.
- The more information in your profile the better for venues to discover you. Use the power of AI to help auto-generate your bio. To get started, click Generate bio.
- Display Youtube videos on your public page as well as social links for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, Mixcloud, SoundCloud, Vimeo, Beatport and Twitch.
- Remember to save your profile details!
Performance locations
Choose up to three performance locations to indicate where you would like to perform. If you've opted in to be discovered by venues on the platform, you'll rank higher to venues in these locations.

Payment details
Make sure to complete this section as these details are required to receive payments for gigs booked on Surreal. Payment terms are set by the venue. Always check first with the venue when you are due to expect payment. Please note until Surreal receives funds from the venues we can't process payment.
Make sure to enter details for TAX settings based on your location. If you operate under a company/business name and address, enter these into the billing name/address to be included on the invoice.
Important: If VAT/GST details haven't been added prior to invoicing you will need to settle this outside of Surreal with the venue or agent. Surreal is not responsible for any missed VAT/GST.
Privacy
You can be discovered by new venues on Surreal by opting to be discoverable. If you hide your profile, venues on Surreal can't discover your profile name, email, genre or tempo or access your public page.
Entertainer members
If you are part of a band / group / act of more than 1 or have a manager or agent that need access to your Profile then you can invite them via your Profile Settings. 🫶
Click to Add member and enter their name and email. They will receive an invite to sign up to Surreal and need to accept to view your Entertainer profile/settings.
*Note we only support one bank account per entertainer.
