Who is Surreal? 🎙 

Surreal is a leading entertainment management platform. Bringing together all of your live entertainment bookings, schedules, invoices, payments, promotions and more. Streamline and manage your live entertainment operation into one powerful platform. We're currently operating in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and are working with some of the largest hospitality brands out there. 

My colleagues have invited me onto Surreal? 🫶

Each time you log onto Surreal you'll be asked to enter a unique 6 digit verification code, passwords are a thing of the past! The code will expire after 10 min. Check your spam / promotions or junk folder if you haven't seen it come through. If expired, go back to the sign in page to request a new code sent.  Access your account here.

Invite your entertainers 🪩

Head over to your contacts tab and start inviting your entertainers. You can either search for their email as they may already have a Surreal profile. If not, you can create a new contact. You also receive your very own unique invite link which you can send out to entertainers for them to sign up. This will automatically link them to your venue contacts.

In case they aren't familiar with Surreal, use this handy entertainer invite example and include when sharing your venue link. It explains how they'll be using Surreal and what's needed to get set up.

Events 🥳

Your venue Events overview will give you a quick snapshot as to what events you have upcoming and all of your past events at your venue. You can easily create a one off event, set up a recurring series and add in the performances of your entertainers with their time slots and rates.

You can create draft events and choose who to send out availability requests making it simple to manage your schedules in advance.

Finance 💸

We have a financial suite that allows you to auto-track costs, collate invoices and pay your entertainers. It's fast and automated, reducing all payments to one combined invoice. Entertainers will be asked to upload their bank details when they sign up and we'll take care of the rest. 

Once your venue settles payment to Surreal, we will distribute funds to your entertainers.

Promoting your events 🙌

Surreal provides promotional tools to sync live event updates to your website to increase the exposure of your entertainment. Upload and manage your own venue marketing assets and automate the promotion of your event(s) and entertainers in a few clicks. You can download the venue QR code from Surreal and display across your venue so your customers always know what's on.
